What data we process

This website has no forms. We process personal data only when you write to us by email: your name, email address, company, position and the content of your message (including any drawings and technical documentation you send) and, if we work together, the business contact data needed to prepare offers and perform the contract.

Purposes and legal bases

Replying to your enquiry and taking pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); preparing offers and performing the contract with your company (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where you act on behalf of a company); verifying customers and suppliers and establishing or defending claims, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); complying with our legal, tax and commercial obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We do not send unsolicited commercial communications.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or contract and then for the limitation periods of possible claims. Data we must keep by law is kept for the applicable legal periods.

Recipients

Email, IT and web hosting providers; advisers and carriers; and public authorities where the law requires it. Drawings and technical documentation are treated confidentially and used only to prepare the offer and perform the order; if you need it, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). If a recipient processes data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place only with the safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR.
